What is your return policy?

The Kheepsakes & Kho. team ensure are all pieces are made to perfection and maintain high quality. Due to all items being custom orders, all items are Final Sale (non-returnable). 

Damages & Defects

All pieces are inspected before they are shipped, but we do understand damages may occur.

If your piece(s) has been damaged in the process of shipment, defective or you have received the wrong item - you have 14 days to notify us and return the item from the date you purchased it

In order for us to accept the return, the product must be unused and in its original packaging. You also require the proof of purchase. 

To begin the return, you would need to contact us at kheepsakeskho@gmail.com or send us a text at (317) 643-4516. Once your return has been accepted, we will send you a shipping label and further instructions.

Once our team has received the return, we will get into contact with you and begin working on rectifying the issue immediately.  

What are the payment options?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through Paypal - Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We also accept bank transfers through Paypal.

We love excessively customizing our items for our clients, that is the best part!

Can I cancel an order?

We will begin order production after 6 hours of order confirmation, if you need to make any changes reach out to us directly for urgent support.

What can I do if I am not satisfied with my purchase?

Our client satisfaction is our number one priority! We will do anything we can to make sure our clients are 100% satisfied with their purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at kheepsakeskho@gmail.com or send us a text at (317) 643-4516. We will try our best to get your concerns sorted and a new item shipped out within a timely manner.
